Allons-y!

Welcome reader! 

My stated intentions regarding this blog are as follows:

1. to feed my obsession with the compiling and sorting of information of interest and use in a single accessible place.
2. to provide a forum for domestic musings, ribald wit and other pithy observations of life and the world around us.
3. to advance my obsessions of choice, some, all or none of which you may share.
4. to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go ... sorry.
5. to frequently abandon the above stated intentions but not to stress about it.

All of the above will be best consumed with a cup of tea or a glass of wine - your choice.
